About this Garden Plan
The location of my planting will be in Hollister, Missouri. The USDA winter hardiness zone is zone 6b. This results in approximately 190 days of the growing season. Blueberries will be located on the north side due to the slightly acidic soil. The peaches will be planted in the middle section of the garden to soak in the sun. Apples with be on the south side of the garden to also maintain the maximum amount of sunlight. Apples are my one plant that will need to be staked for support when young and growing. Lastly the water spigots will be located at the southeast corner of the garden along with a spigot on the northwest portion in case of immediate access needed.
